Before capital moves, the telecom client serves the counterparty a legal notice assigning all monies it owes the supplier to SukukFi Ltd, which holds the assignment on trust. The counterparty pays the supplier's dedicated IBAN at Fuze Finance, named in the assignment, rather than the supplier's ordinary bank account. From the moment deployment begins, the receivable is directed away from the supplier's general banking and into an account whose onward destination is legally bound.

SukukFi Inc deploys the vault contract with hard-coded capacity, lockup, and profit distribution. The contract blocks deposits above capacity and holds LP capital until the lockup expires. Profit distributes programmatically once a settlement is recorded, allocated pro rata by shareholding with no discretionary allocation.

SukukFi Holdings owns the group's intellectual property and brand rights, and is intended to become the parent company of SukukFi Inc once further capital formation is complete, with SukukFi Inc in turn owning SukukFi Ltd. Delaware's Court of Chancery and its investor-grade corporate statute make it the standard jurisdiction for equity capital formation, and institutional investors and future equity rounds are intended to come in at this level, with clear legal precedent governing shareholder rights and board authority.
